A terrace made from teak can last for several decades, therefore, a proper installation is of the essence. Its beauty only increases with age.<\/p>\n<p>In order to increase the lifespan of wooden terraces, attention should be given to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the base, on which it is installed (concrete, hydro insulation, metal construction)<\/li>\n<li>the way the teak terrace is fixed on the base<\/li>\n<li>proper drainage<\/li>\n<li>the geographical location of the installation (positioning, sun or shade
